FREE Alternative to Microsoft Office- Open Office
We actually prefer this office suite software, it is entirely free and does most of what Microsoft does, except it is easier to use and entirely free. The suite has equivalents to WORD, EXCEL, PUBLISHER, and POWERPOINT, click here to visit the site!
The Gimp
I just love The Gimp! Located at www.gimp.org . This is a totally free "Open Source" software that allows you to create or edit images. No kidding this program does just about anything you want and is comparable to Photoshop. It has a bit of a stiff learning curve because of all it does, but I solve that problem on YouTube. If I cannot figure out how to do something I search it in YouTube and there are usually several videos people have made giving step by step directions. I have not once been unable to find a tutorial to walk me step by step through a solution and I am learning the power of the software, as a result. No kidding stop paying for Photoshop and go with free.
Great Accounting Outright.com
This is a terrific tool for sole proprietors. In fact, I use it for keeping track of my accounts and exporting data to my accounting tool. Outright actually retrieves information from your bank. Repeated payments are automatically categorized and it keeps a running profit and loss.

Google Voice- When you call Pegasus Ventures you are calling a completely virtual number. Your call bounces to a cell phone or other telephone number and ensures we can answer more of your calls live. However, it can also see your number and send you to a specific person. It can also block unwanted calls, do conference calls and that is just the start!
Free Press Release Services
Free press releases rarely attract the press and you should never pay for any press release. Use these services to mix up content on the web and can push competitors search results further down. It creates links to your website and these are large sites which often attract visitors who will look at your site. This is not a one time strategy, if you are going flood the web with content about your company, you want to write often, at least a few times a week.
